We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Process:
To start a return, you can contact us at info@samanlo.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again or contact your bank.
Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@samanlo.store with proof (photo/video).
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
